Sub: Complaint on Shri Amit Shah, President, BJP, Violating Model Code of Conduct - Regarding
Dear Shri Aroraji,
This is to bring to your notice that Shri Amit Shah violated the Model Code of Conduct once again. While addressing an election meeting at Krishna Nagar, West Bengal, he said “Prime Minister has sent ‘his Air Force’ to eliminate terrorists in Pakistan on April 22, 2019. This is nothing but invoking armed forces in poll for votes. There is no Modi sena, no Modi Air Force but only Indian Army, which belongs to the nation. Somebody trying to own it is unpardonable and shameful. This happened after Election Commission of India has taken action on Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on the same issue. We urge upon you to take strong action immediately on Shri Amit Shah. It should be exemplary action.
We are attaching the photocopy of Times of India news of 23rd April, 2019 for your information and take necessary action.
With regards,
Yours sincerely,

General Secretary, CPI.
