CPI General Secretary Comrade D. Raja addressed the historic #BadlaavZarooriHai Rally at Ramleela Maidan, where thousands of people from across India gathered to raise their voice for justice, democracy and people’s rights.
Braving repression, floods and difficult conditions, people united against rising unemployment, inflation, farmers’ distress, attacks on workers, weakening of MGNREGA, commercialisation of education and healthcare, social injustice and threats to democratic institutions.
In his powerful speech, D. Raja called upon people to unite for an alternative India based on the values of the Constitution, secular democracy, social justice and equality.
