The National Secretariat of the Communist Party of India issued the following statement today (October 18, 2023) condemning the cold-blooded attack on the Gaza hospital killing hundreds by Israeli forces:
The National Secretariat of the Communist Party of India strongly condemns the cold-blooded attack on the Baptist Hospital in Gaza city by Israeli forces, killing hundreds of Palestinians, including women and children. The Zionist Israel has been continuously violating all international norms and agreements and the hospital massacre is the most inhuman and cruelest attack.
The Party appeals to the international community to stand with the Palestinians in this critical time and force Israel to halt the inhuman attacks on the innocent Palestinians.
The Party urges the Union government led by Narendra Modi to strictly adhere the Indian stand on Palestine agreed upon at the United Nations and not to deviate from the age-old stand of supporting Palestinian cause.
The Party appeals to party units, well wishers and peace-loving people supporters to protest against the barbarous attack on the Gaza hospital.
